Follow these steps:

Step 2. Put a check mark on all and click on Remove selected.

Trojan Remover:

This will check your startup items and it will also check if their is any trojan on your computer.

You can choose option to remove the item from startup or allow it.

This program helps you in optimizing the performance of the computer. You can clean temp files and can optimize startup as well. For quick optimization select 1. click maintenance as shown below, But keep in mind do not select registry cleaner it might create some trouble for you.
You can use CCleaner or Tuneup utilities for optimization.
